住客需知 Notice
敬愛的貴賓您好 :
歡迎蒞臨智醫康寓。
1. 櫃檯服務時間為 6:00~21:00，入住時間為下午3點後，退房時間為中午12點前，若遺失每張將酌收新台幣500元工本費。
2. 本館實施門禁管制，兩邊大門開放時間為 6:00~22:00，其他時間請持房卡感應進出。
3. 房間互撥請直撥房號，6-9樓房號前加8；本館電梯設有安全管控，上下樓請刷卡感應。
4. 房內無提供瓶裝水，一般飲用水請利用房內玻璃水瓶於各樓層飲水機安心取用；各樓層提供資源回收分類處，位於電梯右側安全門內，每日有專人回收。
5. 依菸害防制法之規定，全館實施禁煙，請勿在客房及其他公共場所吸菸，若吸菸將酌收清潔費新台幣10,000元整。
6. 為維護住房環境及住宿品質，請勿攜帶寵物入住，以避免擾亂住客安寧及預防傳染疾病。
7. 汽車停車場位於地下B2、B3，停車場限高1.6米（機械式固定格），收費一小時60元，當日最高收費$200，離場前請於B2、B3自動繳費機進行繳費。
8. Wifi密碼於房內電視初始畫面左上角。
9. 外送餐點：統一放置閘門前取餐區，請下樓自行取餐。

Accommodation Information
1. Our service hours are from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Kindly return your key card upon check-out to avoid a charge of $500 per lost key card.
2. The main doors on both sides are open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. To access outside of these hours, please use your key card to open the main door on the right side.
3. To make room-to-room calls, please dial the room number you wish to reach. If you are calling between the 6th and 9th floors, please dial '8' first, followed by the room number.
4. Drinking water is available next to the elevator, and also there are recycling bins inside the safety door on the right side of the elevator.
5. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor public areas. Smoking will result in a cleaning fee of NT$10,000.
6. Pets are not allowed in guest rooms to prevent disturbances and infectious diseases.
7. The car parking lot is located on basement levels B2 and B3. The height limit is 1.6 meters (fixed mechanical spaces). Parking rates are NT$60 per hour, with a daily maximum of NT$200.
Please pay at the automatic payment machines located on B2 or B3 before leaving.
8. For the Wi-Fi password, please see the upper left corner of the initial screen of the TV in the room.
9. All food deliveries will be placed at the designated pick-up area in front of the gates. Please proceed downstairs to collect your own order.
